Refund and cancellation / Remboursement et annulation

Socialligator LLC (Wyoming) sells Socialligator subscriptions. Creem is the merchant of record: Creem charges you and handles tax.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing. Choose Manage or cancel. That opens the Creem customer portal, where you cancel the subscription yourself. There is no cancellation fee. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. The workspace then returns to the free plan.
Refunds
Email support@socialligator.com within 14 days of a purchase you have not used, or where the law requires a refund. Credit packs that have already been spent, and renewal periods you have already used, are not refunded except where the law requires it. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method.
How to ask
Write to support@socialligator.com from the email on your account. Include the plan or pack and the date of the charge. We reply by email. support@socialligator.com

Annulation
Vous pouvez annuler un forfait payant à tout moment depuis Facturation. Choisissez Gérer ou annuler. Cela ouvre le portail client Creem, où vous annulez l'abonnement vous-même. Il n'y a pas de frais d'annulation. L'accès continue jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà payée. L'espace revient ensuite au forfait gratuit.
Remboursements
Écrivez à support@socialligator.com dans les 14 jours suivant un achat que vous n'avez pas utilisé, ou lorsque la loi exige un remboursement. Les packs de crédits déjà dépensés, et les périodes de renouvellement déjà utilisées, ne sont pas remboursés sauf si la loi l'exige. Un remboursement accepté revient sur le moyen de paiement d'origine.

Écrivez à support@socialligator.com depuis l'adresse e-mail du compte. Indiquez le forfait ou le pack et la date du paiement. Nous répondons par e-mail. support@socialligator.com
